Good credit card, good customer service.
Not sure how to cash in my rewards points. Donât like that they expire before I can use them.

Redeeming Points
I am not a bank account holder, but do have your card. I am unable to login in online to view options for gift cards or more when redeeming points. My only option is to just apply points to my account by phone. Every time I try to log in there is the same issue with my data being incorrect... No one ever fixes the problem. It has been years and not fix.

the very few times I have had to call the people are so helpful and nice to take care of my problems. I have had my card since 1996!!!! The only one I use.

Not as happy as I could be.
takes too long to post both payments and charges. Charges will show up both as current and in the finished column so it looks like you are being charged twice. I have the lowest credit limit of any of my cards even though i have a FICO rating of over 800 all the time and pay my bills immediately. Before I switched to this card I had a credit limit of 19000 now it is 2000. You are missing out on my using this card for bigger purchases. When i talked to a customer service person about this she said there was nothing I could do about this. Very disappointing!!!!!!. Poor response.
