Rewards
I can not enter into system for my rewards. I have not had success with changing my password with the help of customer service if I am not on hold for 30 plus minutes. Very frustrated

Failure to launch
I called into customer service in order to generate a temporary rise in my credit line and was told it was a process now that takes days which was unacceptable for my circumstances.

Rewards are terrible values
The point system and reward redemption levels are atrocious. There is ZERO incentive to use this card as a rewards card.
