Why wouldn't you have this card?
The best thing about this card is that you can redeem point for EXPERIENCES that are not available to the general public. My family and I have made long lasting memories because I took the chance to sign up for this card. Having a Royals card is simply. . .priceless.

Happy Customer
I have been a long time customer, probably since early 80's. I had to adjust to seeing my statements online and don't care for doing my banking online. I worry about safety since apparently everything can be hacked. I liked receiving my paper statement and year end summary mailed. But I am learning! I always get good service at drive-up windows.

Customer service
Trying to pay my motorcycle loan is like a 3 ring circus. No less than 3 people I have to give my information too in order to pay my loan. Never used to be like that.

Unlocking my Cards is not appreciated
I have several credit cards as I'm sure you're aware & Sll of the others allow me to Lock & Keep Locked any time I choose Except for this Mastercard. When I lock a card it's for a Reason and I really don't appreciate having one Unlocked by the bank OR issuer even if I do receive a notification that it's going to be done!
