This card is a keeper
I have had this card for over 20 years and running. The Royals logo on front always gets a lot of comments. Statements easy to read, reward program one of the best I have dealt with and Commerce Bank saved me a ton of grief on a security issue! Yes, I am very happy with my card.

Mediocre reward card
Redeeming cash back takes a long time, earlier attempt took several emails, phone calls with your unfriendly employees. We had no charges for statements & checks until recently but that is gone as well.

Difficult to make an online payment
I tried several times to make a payment on line. Asked for items I did not have and did not remember creating, Then company reduced credit limit when the payment was late after trying several times. I have simpler credit cards to use.

Easy, Attractive & a Go-To Card for Fast Food
I really like the artwork on the card. Rewards are easy to redeem and I like that the rewards balance updates as charges post as opposed to only updating once a month. This card has better reward value on fast food purchases than any other card I am aware of.
