I have had my card for many years now and I am satisfied with it.If I have a problem Security has always checked it out for me!

Typical, nothing special. Works fine. Rewards ok.
Good card. Rewards nothing to write home about. I have it as my gasoline card.

APR rates/credit line increases
It would be great if customers, (like myself), with an Excellent usage & payment records, could get lowered interest rates and credit line increases without a hard hit on my credit report.

not always computer friendly
I have the hardest time getting into my credit card account and half the time it takes me to a banking on line place which I do not have a checking account with them.. also I have an automatic payment plan and I never get any emails saying they are going to take the balance amount out or after they take it out of my checking there is no email saying they made the payment and how much it was.. so then I have to go to my checking account and see what you did.. other credit cards tell me when they my payment is due a week before and how much I need to pay and then tell me when they take it out of my checking account.. so you could improved your services greatly to me as a card member for years.. thank you..
