Interest Rate to High
With my credit score, I believe the interest rate I have is to high. I will be closing the card soon, if the interest rate cannot be lowered.

Multi decade customer here. Treated like crap by fraud res. dpt.
I ordered and paid for a product online during the time when deliveries were taking forever and mail was at a standstill. I sent email to the vendor email that paypal gave me and did not have a reply. That was about 4 weeks after the order. I sent another after hearing nothing about 2 weeks later. I gave them time, given the deliver circumstances, but still didn't hear anything. I was unable to pursue this through paypal because I don't have a mobile phone and can't get a paypal account. I submitted this claim to the fraud resolution dept. I heard nothing for a couple months. I called and talked to someone who said a "she" was still working on the claim as it was in process. I called again a few weeks later and spoke to a man this time and he told me the same thing. I asked that he at least get a message to the person working on this case to contact me. Someone called and confirmed details with me and then the next week received a letter informing me my claim was denied as it was submitted more than 60 days after the order or statement date. Seriously? You were stringing me along for all this time, with no communication and then finally you tell me it was submitted too late? Worthless customer service. I'll be looking into moving my accounts to another bank.
