Commerce replaced my card to keep my money safe.
I have had several different CC numbers over the years because Commerce felt the card had been compromised. I never had fraudulent charges posted on my account so their preemptive actions probably saved me some trouble.

Very satisfied, great customer service
Great customer service. They honor your credit history and timely paying of bills. I like that you can customize alerts of your card usage. Gives you peace of mind. Appreciate cash back option on Rewards, but could do better on percentage.

Rewards not rewarded, help not responded to
I trust commerce or I would have used the word fraud.since 2022 I have hhad no access to rewards points. The system was either down or not accessible. Recently changes were made and i had access to points from the time of the change to the present. Wednesday I got 5 dollars credit at Dollar General. Ibam supposed to hear back about the two years during which I received no points. Since ai use the commerce card for everything, there should be a substantial backlog, obviously I should have given up on you a long time ago, but I have such a long history with Commerce and have been treated so well that I keep expecting a satisfactory resolution, more fool I, I guess. I should start shopping around, but I really don't want to.

Poor service with card replacement
I have reduced my use of the card dramatically. The service center sent me a card which was to arrive in 12-14 business days....it never came....it happens. After waiting, when I called the service line, they would not forward me a replacement card any quicker than the 12-14 days. Needing a card, I resorted to opening a new card elsewhere, which is now my primary card. I have banked with Commerce for many years...this particular situation was a foreseeable and unnecessary failure. Thank you for asking
