it was a great card to have and use
I only left Commerce because you no longer had a location in the town I lived in. I have used you for 40 + years and not having you in town made a difference to me. I could only go to the bank inside only on Saturdays and if I wasn't going to Bloomington it was hard to get there.

Satisfied but Commerce seems still stuck in old world banking policies
I am satisfied with Commerce as a whole but you seem to always be late to adapt to new features, apps and standards. Most of the time I have an Excellent Credit Score rating yet the 0% offers I get from other banks are always 0%, yet my Commerce offers vary quite often to 1.99% or 2.99% rather than 0% like the other banks. I like to, and do, utilize 0% offers quite often and have for years, and recently did use a commerce offer. But at times, when I would like to use a Commerce 0% offer I get a 1.99% or 2.99% offer; which I don't use, and end up using one of our other banks' credit offers. In addition, several other offers are for 16 to 18 months rather than 12, so it is a no brainer to use those instead of yours.

App is awful
The card and card services are fine. I would use the card more if 1) the app was usable by iPad, and 2) the app updated daily with the balance and payments. I like to keep my balances paid off.
