Things aew changingn too fast
You won't believe how much trouble I Had with this. Finally has a group withy me and hopefully it is completed okay. It took me a month to get the form completed. PLEEAASSEEEEEE can't we go back to more simple things. I am 69 and this new garbage is hard for me a 20 year + computer operator.

Bad Dispute Process
We are extremely disappointed with Commerce Bank (CB) regarding a recent credit card dispute. We ran into an unscrupulous web site that billed us for a subscription that was not requested. On our first call to the CB Dispute Center our request to kill the card was ignored and we were charged a 2nd monthly charge by CB inaction. The last time I had a credit card billing dispute was several years ago, at that time the dispute was resolved in 2 weeks and they were a pleasure to deal with. This time with the CB Dispute Center my dispute was drug out to 4 billing cycles and they seemed to take the merchants point of view. Several of my roadblocks to addressing the merchant for resolution were never addressed ' my viewpoint appears to be ignored.
The issue with poor service on the CB Credit Card led me to get a Citi Bank Credit card and to transfer my 6k per month spending to them. We are questioning the worth of CB in our life.
