Convenience of e-paying a wash!
When I made the payment for the annual fee I had the 'cents' wrong so the statement still showed I owed .18. I didn't disagree with this. I tried to pay the .18 electronically but the electronic interface wouldn't let me. So I went to the bank and tried to pay it and ended up with an .18 credit on the account.

Autopay dosent work,credit card help line not helpful, and more!
I've spent two plus hours with the Commerce bank staff at the branches trying to understand the issues Ive had with auto pay and I still don't trust it to pay my visa bill. I wanted the tap feature on my visa card and with the help of branch personnel we ordered one. Only when it arrived it wasn't. Back to the branch I went only to learn this time that Special Connections Visa does not come with the tap feature. I wasn't happy paying an international fee using my visa outside the US - I was told it was a Visa charge but neither my sister not my daughter got hit with international fees on their Visa cards.

It is an OK card. Questionable payoff options (highest interest rate?)
The card is OK, the benefits are limited, compared to others. The payoff applied to categories are questionable (payoff high interest rate first?).
