Not everyone has a smart phone
Tailoring to the younger generation is fine, but to make the expectation that all people like or want a tech savvy solution. What is missing is that personal touch; name recognition and the service of the banking personnel to solve issues and make recommendations. While change is always going to direct the direction of business, but removing the human connection removes the missing personal interaction that many are starving for these days. The experience of that interaction is being diminished by the fast moving tech advances and so AI (artificial Intelligence) will replace those who are in there current position. Oh! please do a better job of Beta Testing your software and Aps, as many of the algorithms used are not a clear "Yes" or "No" response....especially if a new buzz word or Acronym is used that potentially have multiple definitions...Thanks for letting me vent over technologies that are clearly focused on the newer generations, as I thought I wouldn't speak like my parents in complaining. As I get older I see the erosion of personal interaction as people alienate themselves with heads into their Smart phones
