Paperless Statement FAQs

  1. Log in to Commerce Bank Online Banking
  2. On the Account Activity screen for any account, choose "Manage Paperless Settings" in navigation on the left.
  3. select your desired options for Overdraft Notice Options and Statement Options for each account.
  4. Select "Save"

Paperless statements are always available to customers who have activated Online Banking. We will send an email to your primary email address on file notifying you when your paperless statement becomes available each month. If you are currently receiving a paper statement delivered by U.S. Mail, it will be delivered for one (1) more statement cycle after selection of the paperless statement option.
If you are currently receiving a paper statement delivered by U.S. Mail, it will be delivered for one (1) statement cycle after you select the paperless statement option.
Each paperless statement, including any legal notices about your Account which are provided electronically as part of your statement, will remain available online for seven (7) years. You may also print the statements or download to your own system as needed.
Your paperless statements will be delivered as an Adobe® Portable Document Format (PDF) file. To access and retain a PDF file, you need the free Adobe Acrobat® Reader®.
Yes. A paperless statement contains the same information as your paper statement.
Yes, joint account holders can obtain individual access to Online Banking and view statements.
You may change your email address in Online Banking under “Customer Service”.

  2. Select “Contact information.”
We will send an email reminder to the primary account holder’s email notifying you when your paperless statement is available to view through the Commerce Bank Mobile App (available for iPhone® or Android®) or Online Banking. Email notification is automatically enabled when you elect the paperless statement option in Online Banking.

  1. Log in to Online Banking
  2. Click on "Statements" under "Accounts."
  3. Select the account then the statement you want to view.
No, email notifications cannot be sent to multiple email addresses at this time. A notification will only be sent to your primary email address on file.
An incorrect email address or email filter could be the issue. To confirm we have the correct email address for you:
  1. Log in to Online Banking.
  2. Click on “My Profile” under “Customer Service.”
  3. Select “Contact Information.” If the email address is incorrect, please update your primary email address.
If the email address is correct, your email filter may be blocking emails sent from our email address. If so, please adjust your filter or junk mail settings to allow emails coming from Commerce Bank (CommerceBankStatements@asklistensolve.com). This will allow you to receive paperless statement notifications from us.

Credit Card Paperless Statements

Regardless of format (paper or electronic), periodic statements are only produced if credit card transaction activity has occurred during a given statement cycle.
Yes. Paperless statements are available for all credit cardholders regardless of deposit or savings account relationships.
Yes. You may select a statement delivery option for each credit card account you have with Commerce Bank.
All personal credit card accounts are eligible to enroll in paperless statements.
