Several times places wouldn’t take my card. It was a credit/debit card and it was awful. Now I just have a credit card, so far so good.

I love getting KC Royals tickets and gift cards. I like the security. I like getting points and getting credit for 5he points.

Rewards are not important.
I'd rather have cash back. That is why I am not using this card much.

Time to find a new credit card
I've had this account for years...have been satisfied for the most part but there have been a few situations that I've not been happy about. Card was frozen on the due date of a payment (that I'd made that day) and I wasn't aware of it and was traveling. Also used points for a hotel, that I had to cancel due to COVID. Tried for three days to call...hold times were 2-3 hours. Cancelled with the hotel but was NOT refunded the points because I didn't call you. Extenuating circumstances certainly. Just time to find a different card...my credit is excellent so that won't be a problem.
