Like An Old Friend
I've had my Commerce Bank Royal's card for a long time now and I couldn't be more pleased. It's like an old friend.

Customer Service
Honestly, customer service is probably the greatest benefit of this card. Very helpful and responsive and I don't get a foreigner when I call.

Lack of Available Credit
I've handled the card very well for several years with no increase in credit limit. All of my other cards have higher limits so I rarely use this card. As a former Commerce Bank employee I am still amazed at the bank's lack of ability to recognize good credit risks and opportunities. That was why I left and why I don't use this card much. Just the facts the bank is leaving a lot of money on the table.
