Nice Benefits
While I do not use many of the benefits offered, I appreciate the opportunity. Really like having my credit score included on my statement each month. Also like the Royals offers even if I have not been able to take advantage of them so far.

Fix your failure to service your existing accounts.
In the last 6 months, my interest rate was doubled, I waited on hold for 6 minutes to be hung up on, only to be put on hold for 15 more minutes when I called back, and then was never answered during your business hours. Opted in for a survey call back that never called back, and was unable to conduct a simple address change on the website. I still need to change my address.
