Haven't received a statement for 2 months,
You have tried to verify my address for 2 months, I've been put on hold twice for over 45 min. while waiting for the security dept. and I hung up. If I didn't keep track of my bills, I would have been reported to the Credit Score companies as late payments to you. I've had no problems with American Express. You have a screwed up system. , When logging in you ask for last 4 of CC # and CCV code which I don't have because you asked me to shred my credit card. I will be cancelling my card after this is done. Been a card holder since 1980.

Appreciate Commerce Bank
I have trust in Commerce Bank, so appreciate their credit card. I feel I can call or go to Commerce Bank if I need help with anything.

Not Happy with your Card
I do not like it being able to use as a Debit card. Some merchants always run it as a Debit card so I don't get points and you only pay 1% and the Citi Bank card I switched to pays 2%.

I didn't request a credit/debit and would prefer a credit only. Neither did I request a contactless debit card and don't want it.

Satisfactory
The card is a good way for me to shop without worrying about the credit limit. I earn rewards which I use toward paying off my credit card bill. However, there are too many fees added to it so much so I have limited the use of the card on an emergency basis.
