Happy
I am completely satisfied with their services. The staff in Parkville, MO are very knowledgeable and service is a good experience. The extended hours are wonderful for working people, They are so much better at quality service than USB Bank. You never know until you get fed up with your other bank and change to Commerce. I couldn't be more satisfied with them.

Cash Back at 1.5% is great
The cash back is easy to redeem and great to have! If you pay the balance every month it's free money. In my opinion Commerce could get rid of the other rewards because they never seem to be a better deal than just getting the cash back. For instance I can redeem 1 to 1 ratio on an airline ticket, or I could buy the ticket on the card (get the points for the purchase) then redeem the points at a 1.5 to 1 ratio for cash back.

Commerce card is good
I have found the card easy to use both in USA and internationally. I use auto pay and have no problems.

No drama

Credit score
If there are 2 people on the card you do not get the score. I say let us choose which of the 2 you want to get the score. Many of your features we older people have no idea what it is or how to use it.

Happy with my credit card
I have had your card for many years. I like getting points for purchases that I can turn into cash. I like I can review my purchases before statement time. I wish you would give more points for everyday purchases for things like gas and groceries.
