My card was deactivated due to fraudulent activity. Supposed to get new one via FedEx today and did not. Extremely dissatisfied

Your a terrible financial entity.
(This comment, or a portion of this comment, will not be displayed due to its inappropriate nature.) First of all. ***. You raised my interest because of a change in my FICO score. We all know they do not keep accounts and balances up to date: especially Experian. E doesn't even list a fraction of accounts. It is constantly selling and peddling cards they profit from. To top it all off, you increased my interest rate, then offered me a low balance transfer. What a load of crap. Charge me a higher interest on the remaining balance, after turn around 30 days later and offer me near zero balance transfer. Can you not look at your own records and see the account has never been delinquent nor missed a payment. You pull a passive aggressive and blame it on an outside agency. I am a t present enjoying a balance transfer low interest rate, however this is after you screwed me on my previous amount by increasing my interest rate till it was at a zero balance. What ever... One note: at least you are not as bad as chase and citi bank with you arbitrary interest hikes and fees. I would never recommend Com-bank to anyone.
