Suspicious charges
I am notified immediately a suspicious charge has been placed on my card so it can be cancelled. New card comes quickly.

Trouble trying to redeem rewards points! Some some points was removed ask where they went no one had a answer ! The next csrrvice person totally hung up.Last yr was very satisfied cashed them with no problems. Very upset, where did the points go???
