I have had my Commerce credit card since 1991 and am extremely happy with my experience with this institution. They have helped me with my credit over the years and I am extremely loyal to them.One of the main reasons I still carry their cards is the low interest charged on balances carried over when I am unable to pay off a card each month. This really helps me at times. They are not like other banks who constantly up their interest on balances. I always refer friends and family to do business with these fine people. I hope to continue banking with this bank and trust they will never merge with one that might destroy a good relationship.

Disappointed
I can never log on using my computer, as I always get an error message. Have to use my phone only, and I am disappointed that you have to basically reapply to be considered for a credit increase, and it would be a hard inquiry on my credit report. I rarely use it because of this
