I received an email saying that I could do a Balance Transfer with a favorable interest rate. I went onto the website to do it because I did not want to click a link in an email. I filled out the transfer application in full including the amount and credit card to transfer the balance to. I also included the Promotional Code and submitted it. I never received the transfer or any response. I then submitted it two more times using the link in two different emails, no responses. Disappointed.

I have great regard for this card, but the only thing missing is: it doesn't have the contact less feature, it is very handy at certain retailers, other than that is perfect.

I am very happy with my card.

Commerce Bank features a credit card that has all the features and better customer service the then the big boys. The only drawback is the cashback which is not competitive with others.
