Community focus
I have been a Commerce bank customer since the late 70’s. They have always provided excellent customer service. I have always felt like they have treated me fairly and that they are not burdened by the litany of corporate rules that are typical of a national institution!

toggle is the best!
I love the toggle feature, it does exactly what I want it to do. I have not found any other banks that have a product with a feature exactly like this. Unfortunately I recently moved out of the area to WA state so I am moving to a different bank.

Great card terrible customer support
I love my card and all of its features, which is why I keep it despite the massive hassle that comes with trying to get ahold of customer service. As long as I don’t need to change anything I’m good. It’s a nightmare trying to reach customer service every time.
