Happy with my card!!

I am very satisfied with the bank's service and features,

My only problem has been a difficulty in accessing the rewards program web site to identify what is available and choose from possible rewards.

Hot Garbage

I have had this card for almost 10 years and yet I have never been offered a limit increase. The features available in your online banking site are on par with most other banks. However, your iOS mobile app has not worked for me for months unless I switch to cellular data, your website is slow at best, and I none of your "fixes" have changed this over that time. I will not close this card because of its age, but I am not longer going to use it.

I love my Garfield credit card and have had no negative experiences Everything is good

Special rate expiration & locked out too easy

Statement does show when special rate expires- I had to call Got locked out of online because conformation code didn’t work right

Credit one very low so card is not practical for me.
