Works Well
I've had no issues or concerns with this card. On the extremely rare occasion (@once every other year) they are quick and courteous resolving the issue.
I also especially appreciate that the design readily identifies me as an FOP member. On more than one occasion that fact has led to "First Responder" discounts and upgrades. (Something I too often forget to ask/check for.)

I use this credit card as a credit card. I do not know about, understand what any of the features you asked me to rate are and I do not know anything about “rewards” so I do not use these features. I like to keep transactions simple and straightforward and do not like to spend time tending to “features”. I use credit as wisely as I can and pay my bill on time. If there are rewards for being your customer then why not give them to me directly? I pay for credit services. In the credit service transaction, I pay and the bank delivers a service. I do not want a banking or secretarial job securing benefits that are apparently part of the credit transaction. “Rewards” are not rewards if I have to work to get them. “Rewards” and “Benefits” need to be freely given if they are part of the credit service.

Happy with the card unhappy with point redemption
