It's a simple relationship and it works. You provide the service and I pay on a timely manner. What's not to love? I'll offer a point for you to consider. Guys like me have multiple cards, my Capital One Spark Card has a spending limit of $115,000, my Ink Business plus another $100,000. A couple months ago I asked for a spending increase and was surprised with the modest increase. I think my limit is $15,000. No complaints I think you guys do a great. However you might consider the bigger purchases you're missing out on. Have a great day!

CUSTOMER SERVICE is OUTSTANDING.
Most cards are probably the same. What differentiates cards is the customer service. I do not need to leverage Customer Service often (once when I lost my card) and they were OUTSTANDING in explaining process and making sure I did not end up in a fraud situation. Then, when I found it again, their process allowed me to be back online QUICKLY. It was very important since I was traveling !
