This card has given me a chance to improve my credit.

My only issue is that every.single.time I click on the link to review/redeem rewards (that come in YOUR emails) the link does not work. Never ever. I have to try to find another way in, and usually just give up. Really?

Points earned not as high is my other charge card

can't get logged in

I hate that there is no way to recover if you accidentally lock up your account. How am I supposed to stay current on payments?

It needs tap to pay

Maybe the newer cards being issued have tap to pay but mine is fairly new and it’s a big inconvenience that it doesn’t have tap to pay.

Currently Mastercard is compromised. Commerce Quickly identified possible fraudulent charges. Awaiting to see if fraudulent charges are removed.

Stuck with a card I didn't ask for

I like using my Royals Credit Card for purchases while I wait to get paid, but there are some issues I have with the card: I was pressured into signing up for this at my local bank branch - I was asking about interest rates and associate didn't seem to take 'no thank you' for an answer. However, I have been using it as a tool to help with my finances. Another issue I have is that I've not been made aware of most features that were noted in this survey. I'd use it a lot more if there were special promotions making my interest rate lower.

Commerce Bank has very poor credit line increase guidelines

Would not recommend credit cards from Commerce Bank. Initially very low credit lines, and even over years, no credit line increases. Sorry, but other banks value me and my purchasing power more, obviously not Commerce Bank.
