Debit option results in many declines
I already have a debit card with Commerce. I want this to be a credit card. But since it has a debit option which I do not use it gets declined alot. Which is embarrassing. I've tried to get it fixed several times even visiting branch location and yet it still gets declined for 'wrong pin' when I have no Pin.

Sometimes my card works sometimes no it doesnt ---Dont know if its store machine or the card but I feel sometimes stupid like I am trying to use a stolen card or something --I belive I am to get a new one soon as my will be expired in 10/23

Adequate for my needs!
I’m a simple person with simple needs and little need for all the bells and whistles. It adds confusion to my life with always something new and better. Don’t adapt well to multiple changes at this stage of my life.

Rewards should not expire
This card is user-friendly and customer services staff are helpful. I tend to use this card less now that I realized that the rewards points expire. I lost a LOT of points because I was not monitoring the account closely. I will use this card for incidentals, but not for recurring or large purchases. I prefer to use cards with non-expiring points for those big items.

Interest Rate
I am paying off my Commerce MC. I called CS and they were not able to lower my interest rate over the phone. I consider that poor CS and no longer want to have a Commerce card.
