Not great
It takes to post charges and payments. It is confusing as a charge will show up charged and as pending. My limit is the lowest of all my credit cards even though I pay everything off every month and have an excellent credit rating. You miss out on larger purchases.

Real Commerce Employees Are Great
Trying to get a simple answer, to a simple question during non-workday hours from at first an insulting young man and then a downright rude non-English-speaking supervisor, was impossible and frustrating. Had to wait for business hours and contact with competent, polite, regular Commerce Bank employees to get answers and respect.

Rewards are not good
Not impressed with the rewards. They generate too slowly for the amount of money I have spent on the card. I've seen other cards with much better rewards. Also the interest rate is high.

Rewards stink for the true value
Royals tickets have became so cheap and I have to use more reward points each year. I have switched to another card for better benefits

PAID MY BALANCE
So I paid my balance and went to use my card in June and realized the card was expired. I called Commerce Bank and found out my credit card account was closed. It has been a month since I called and still haven't received my new card nor any explanation why my card was closed.
