Reward redemption issues
I tried to order a gift card last year for Ulta. I never received the card. I emailed customer service and never received a response or a replacement card.

Zero Knowledge
Since I ordered the card I have had zero knowledge about perks or anything for the life of the card. I never use it for this reason. No idea what my perks are even. Not sure why they keep raising the credit limit when I have maybe used it twice in 10 years

Commerce and Kansas City Royals
If you are a Kansas City Royals fan, this is the card for you! Redeem your rewards for a full Royals game day experience dream come true. I'm an actual customer and have used my rewards two years in a row to throw out an Honorary and Ceremonial First Pitch. Next year, amazing seats at a game, game day experience, maybe an autograph from one of my favorite players? Their customer service is amazing. I don't use just one Commerce location, I use several. They are always super nice, fast, and friendly and are able to handle any thing I throw at them. Commerce Rewards Credit Card is a home run in my wallet.

one issue.
Wish it posted purchases faster. often shows a post as pending and done. very confusing, the only way to know what really owe at any given time is to look at credit still available.

Recent changes related to the Rewards Program
Gift card redemptions now require more Rewards points than just a few months ago. Walmart credit card readers now automatically access my Commerce Royal Rewards point Program and prompts a decision to apply upto 2,000 points on my purchases. I know because I accidentally pushed the wrong button and lost 2,000 points. That’s a game changer for me and my spending with this card! I ‘ve had this card for almost 30
years and have never been more disappointed!

My card was locked for one month, no notification
Notify clients when their card is blocked and why, because it took several phone calls from myself and staff at the Roeland Park, KS facility to clear the matter up and it WAS Commerce Bank's fault.
