Great Card
I've been a Commerce Bankcard customer for many years now and have been extremely happy with the experience. I use it for many things but especially our trips/stays in Missouri!

Card was compromised, took awhile to get replacement.
Nothing to really complain about. Nothing outstanding to really distinguish it from other cards.

Pretty Much Hassle Free
I've had my KC Royals Mastercard for 25 years, and it's been pretty much hassle free. Commerce does a great job of offering Royals Rewards options. I do miss the opportunity at redeeming points for Crown Club seats, but I am fully aware that is based on availability and those likely are not as easy to set up in the Rewards program as they used to be.

Good card but could have better rewards points
My other rewards cards have 5 times point offers but this one does not so I don't use it as often. I'm satisfied with other features of the card.

Not many benefits for keeping this card
Your rewards for this card are trouble they expire which is like your stealing my money. That why I don’t use the card much at all anymore I can get rewards from other cards that don’t expire.
