Great card
I've had this card for over twenty years. I have had no issues with it and have enjoyed the many choices in the rewards program.

I feel MasterCard failed me when I needed help getting my money back
A mistake was made in a hotel booking last year, and Mc failed me in getting over 150$ back. Very disappointed. Not right.

Good deal for me.
A good deal for me since there is no annual fee and rewards accumulate. I always pay the full balance every month, so I don't pay interest.

Overall, I had been happy with the card; but now I am not.
I consistently pay my bills on time. Recently, my payment was received 4 days late and I got a large interest charge added to my account. I pay my bills through my on-line banking account. I entered the August payment on my account via on-line bank accout over a week before the due date. However, since they are unable to send an electronic payment to Commerce they have to send a hardcopy check. For all of my other payments my bank sends an electronic payment which is much faster. As a result, I was charged a large interest charge. I called about this. The lady deleted the fee charge but said she could not do anything with the interest charge. She said she would pass a note along that I was challenging the interest charge. I have not heard anything back . This was my "No. 1" credit card that I used in 95% of my transactions. After this incident, it is no longer my "No. 1" credit card. Is there any remedy for this? Thanks..Joe
