Two days before our trip to Alaska there was a bogus charge made to my credit card. All of our hotel rooms and tours were made with my card, which needed to be shut down. The people at Commerce Bank helped me with every transaction I made, opening the account long enough for my charges to go though for two and a half weeks. Great service.

AutoPay is a pain in the ass
Auto Pay is not user friendly like it is in EVERY other Bill in my life! This is the only account I have not set up for autopay therefore I continually have late fees bc it's the only bill I have to manually pay. Why in the hell do you not have a simple link to click that says set up autopay???

Like the card and rewards
I have no idea what some of the "features" in the questionnaire are. I would prefer to still prefer to get a paper/hard copy statement.
