Trusted and safe for years
I have carried this card for several years now. The very few times I have needed help it has come swiftly and professionally.

Horrible
(This comment, or a portion of this comment, will not be displayed due to its inappropriate nature.) I paid off most of my card prior to a move. We tried for over a month to get the paid off funds freed on card. We had to do emergency spending repeatedly on other card because Commerce ADMITTED to their error and refused to fix it. Customer service reps were all super nice. But they had no power. Neither did the managers we spoke to. Just horrible. We've been with Bank of America over 20 years and NEVER had trouble. Get your ******* **** together.

It's ok
Everyone wants their website to be fancy. For me, there is too much stuff on there I never use. I want to see my activity, know when my payment is due, and pay my bill. This is the only card I'm unable to set up auto pay from a non-Commerce account. I just don't care about all the crap that makes it difficult for me to get to the basics.
