Covid
Overall I am very happy with the card and my rewards program. Downside was I got the card for the free royals tickets and then covid hit and I never got to go due to stadiums not allowing guest back during covid. I just wish the tickets would've been replaced once the stadiums opened back up. Never got to go see the game and that was my main selling point to open the account. If tickets were replaced I'd have only 5 stars for my card.

Rewards changes confuse me
I have used the Kansas City Royals Mastercard for a number of years now and have loved how it works. The opportunity to use my points for Royals experiences are why I obtained the card. Other than a little confusion with how bonus points were obtained, I thought this card was perfect. Five stars for sure.
Recently, however, there have been changes to the rewards program. The new format is confusing and doesn’t even show anything to do with the Royals. I’m hoping that it is a matter of time and the bugs will get cleaned up. I tried calling the rewards program but can’t get through. Nobody has been available to explain to me how the new updates work. I have a lot of points saved and want to be able to use them towards the Royals. Please be transparent about the updates and please be more explicit about how the new format works.
