Like that I have the option to pay in person at the bank. This still gives that personal interaction with bank personnel.

It's my lowest APR, but my lowest credit limit.
I'd use it more if the credit limit was higher and if the rewards were actually exciting. The Royals rewards are nothing—the gift cards are at least a little something. The customer service I recently experienced when I had fraud on my card from the fraud department was less than great. I didn't feel like I knew what was going to happen next, and the guy was kind of unprofessional getting me off the phone. I didn't feel confident about the interaction.

I like having a credit card that is offered from my bank.
Not all vendors automatically run your chargers as a Mastercard Credit.
