The best card ever
I got a free baseball at a KC Royals game for sighing up. I've never looked back. They have blocked bad users, they have given great rewards, they have treated me well on line at the customer service line. What more can you ask of a great credit card.

needs a lot of work on various levels
Many lesser things but primarily that despite my many years of having the card, using it faithfully monthly for a lot of money and then paying it off in full a whole month before it is even due and yet you refuse to raise my credit limit above the original amount many years ago despite the fact that my credit score continues to steadily rise.

It expired and we were not sent a replacement
When I called to have a replacement sent the lady was Less than helpful. Kept saying it was a poor connection. In her defense it was. We live in a converted barn. I did offer to go outside but we were disconnected.
