I'm very satisfied with my Royals Master card. It is easy to use and I have had a lot of people commit on it that they liked it as well. I did tell them how I got it. Some said that they would look into it. The Rewards are fantastic just keep them coming. We really enjoy the suite when the Royals are playing and getting to meet a former Royal is neat to hear their stories. Just keep up the EXCELLENT work.

Love the card- need the credits found
I'm waiting for a credit from the Royals, and Amazon- both issued in June? From purchases in April..Amazon sent me the transaction number- the Royals sent an email saying they had issued a refund for opening day tickets.

Hmmm
I always have a difficult time navigating to my rewards. I wish there was a separate website just for that and not kicking me off because it says I don't have any accounts. Just frustrating to me.

Lots of little things no big issues
APR is too high. The benefits are not clear and my reward options are ridiculous. The card is not well suited for my lifestyle.

I have had my Royals Commerce Bank card for about 20 yrs and love it.
I only use my Commerce bank card. I am satisfied with how they do business. If I have a problem they are quick to help. I would recommend it to anyone..
